Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the audio equipment in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were shipped with the product.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
